I did not receive any phone call or text message about my membership until the DAY AFTER my membership expired. I spoke to the representative Daniel Martin asking to speak to a higher representative and was denied this option. When I explained it was only to inquire about why I was not notified of my expiration sooner I was also denied that opportunity. Do not use this service. Customer service is rude and and $99.99 to CANCEL.
