I had to take my 5 Star rating back, they are very friendly and respectful. However, after they replaced my screen the phone went completely out(I broughtmy phone earlier this year) and the volume wasn't working the same anymore. The guy told us it was due to us getting a cheaper screen (definitely isn't true) I've gotten so many phone fixed prior to them and never heard of buying a cheaper screen until he mention it first. I had my CPU cooler replaced here and the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and explained everything clearly. Justin even helped me check which coolers were compatible with my PC, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely come back again.

I went to get my screen fixed because it turned green after getting water so i came here thinking that they could fix it however they ruined it they lack communication and staff it was to the point that i went 3 times in a spand of a day because it was “ready” i even called before going and it still wasn’t ready it’s like i was being taunted over and over again there also was a lady who was there for 2 hours waiting to get her phone that was also “ready” the wait was so long that 3 people left because of the wait even fedex ... read more
I thought my Xbox Series X was done for after a storm. I was sure the motherboard was fried and all my game data was gone.
