JJ is a miracle worker! A scratch in our iPad’s charging port shorted out the board and the device was entirely inoperable. Apple told us they could do nothing but sell us a new device and send us to a data recovery company to try to save sentimental pictures and videos. JJ took on the project and felt certain he could provide an accurate diagnosis-which he did quickly. He was able to entirely repair the iPad for a reasonable cost and saved all of our data.
