Had a great experience at iFix. JJ helped me fix an issue with my laptop keys and was super helpful from start to finish. He explained what was going on, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before I left. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right.
Got my iPhone 15 Pro Max screen replaced and the experience was great. The repair was quick, the screen looks brand new, and everything works perfectly with no issues. Everyone here was very polite and up front. My laptop screen had cracked from a hinge that had become stuck, so I brought it in and they gave me a quote and a time that I could expect to bring it in after they ordered and received the new parts. They were very thorough in making sure they had ordered the correct parts. As soon as they had the parts, I came in and 2½ hours later my laptop is as good as new! Will definitely come back if I ever have more tech trouble 😁.
