Paul knows about all of our different appliances and how to fix them. He’s been able to fix our fridge, freezer, and dryer. He comes prepared and has been able to fix our appliances same day. IFix has also been great about sending someone very quickly to us and we appreciate it very much.
Honestly, I must admit , I am impressed. Again honestly, I had a little trouble to start with regarding communication. I was surprised at how difficult it was to converse with the very nice lady who answered the phone. She tried ever so hard, and I decided to go with you because even though I could hardly understand her , I could tell she was trying her upmost, and that impressed me . Don’t even consider this company to repair your appliances! We have used this company twice for our refrigerator and a stand alone ice maker. Both times the appliances worked for a short time, then broke again. I don’t know why my husband called them again, bc they are clearly crooks. He’s regretting it now. Our technician “Paul” supposedly fixed a freon leak, recharged the freon and washed the condenser coils for $400, which he refused to warranty and couldn’t even confirm if that was the issue.
