About to file a civil suit to collect the cost of replacing my iPhone. It was presented to them in March to be replaced or repaired by AKKO and I have been trying to find out what is going on with it this entire time. Insurance can’t get ahold of them. I had a bulging battery in cell phone. Called and went to places in Rome and Utica. no one could help me. Called Kai and he scoured his whole store and found a battery. Other places would have to order a battery. He installed it, said it would not have lasted to get a new battery, it would have exploded. He installed it and sent me on my way. GREAT place to do business with. I WILL NOT go anywhere else from now on. Kai is my go to. Thanks KAI!
