About to file a civil suit to collect the cost of replacing my iPhone. It was presented to them in March to be replaced or repaired by AKKO and I have been trying to find out what is going on with it this entire time. Insurance can’t get ahold of them. Great shop, nice owner, fair prices, fast an outstanding service
I had a bulging battery in cell phone. Called and went to places in Rome and Utica. no one could help me. Called Kai and he scoured his whole store and found a battery. Other places would have to order a battery. He installed it, said it would not have lasted to get a new battery, it would have exploded. He installed it and sent me on my way. GREAT place to do business with. I WILL NOT go anywhere else from now on. Kai is my go to. Thanks KAI!
