This establishment uniquely offers the equivalent of five weekly gym sessions in just two, yielding exceptional results. The workouts are highly intense, leading to perfect body toning. I went to see it in person because I couldn't believe it, but it's truly as fantastic as they say. You train your body deeply and quickly like you could never get in a regular gym. Fantastic, absolutely recommended.

Serge and his team are amazing! Very welcoming and professional atmosphere. When you want to start exercising it's important that you have no pressure or judgement when you start. IFIT is the place for you. They have showers and towel service, energy vibe music. Moreover, they have EMS technology that is something cool and new to try.
