Serge and his team are amazing! Very welcoming and professional atmosphere. When you want to start exercising it's important that you have no pressure or judgement when you start. IFIT is the place for you. They have showers and towel service, energy vibe music. Moreover, they have EMS technology that is something cool and new to try. I have signed up immediately after the first assessment session with Serge. He is very knowledgeable and caring. IFIT is the best Fitness studio in Maple and Woodbridge area.
