Disappointed. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for my child and it’s literally a chase. The response time is unacceptable and trying to get a hold of the therapist or whatever they are called is ridiculous. It’s been a month of me having to chase down the therapist to try to get an appointment. Linda Tillmon the Program director and therapists Victor Franco & Lydia Muhre at frisby manages this place terribly. i will sue them for libel defamation if this issue isn't of libel defamation isn't corrected. They are affecting my case in the bronx family court the people here are just so horrible and unprofessional and immoral. I definitely do not recommend partaking in services here and those who have a case open here close it fast they will definitely screw up your life with lies......check you medical records they are ... read more
Alex thinks he is a know it all. and is rude! Had to drop him as a therapist. Useless. Do not waste your time trying to get meds here you will end up with getting meds that make you more sick no matter who you see and I have seen four different people. good for therapy though
