The owner is rude, sarcastic, and highly disrespectful. We just moved here 6 months ago from South Dakota and have been coming here for 6 months. Never had an issue until today. Our baby’s one year appointment was at 12:45 but as usual, we waited in the waiting room for 10 minutes. The nurses saw us then left. All we needed were his shots. We were waiting for someone to come in for 25 minutes so I peaked my head out to ask what was going on. Amazing practice! All the doctors care greatly! Dr Stein took so much time with us and explained lots of information from growth to sleep schedule to shots and sicknesses - I couldn’t believe it! So impressed!!
I'm so grateful for this clinic. I vaccinate at a different schedule and no other practice in town wanted us until IFC. God bless these wonderful people.
