THREE times they've missed a phone consultation, and when I've rung them up hours later they have no apologies at all. The doctors have told me they would give me referrals, then asked me to come back, without giving a referral, and having no idea why they asked me back!
I've been coming here for 10 years or so, a very long time. So professional, Dr Muhammad listens to every word, gives instant opinions, feedback and even explains things so we can understand. If he suspects something, he tests for it without hesitation. He cracks jokes and even enjoys picking on my mum with me when we visit together. Such a great practice. Was seeing Dr Fizzah and she is truly a wonderful doctor, very patient, thorough, professional and caring. It’s just a shame the reception and management here are terrible. The last straw for me was when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, extremely sick and with a baby in tow, was told I couldn’t be seen as they had taken in too many walk-ins and were now at capacity and unable to fulfil my appointment. The doctors at this clinic especially Dr. Awais such a great doctor, However The receptionist lady at the front desk really rude and annoying. I hope the management look to this matter.
