After waiting 10 minutes someone finally came from the back room and asked if I needed help. I asked for size A7 envelopes for wedding invitations. She shows me flimsy 60 lb. envelopes. I ask if they have heavier ones and she quickly tells me no. Just so your workers know: you do have 80 lb. envelopes one aisle over. Instead of buying what I found for myself, I left and am going to Staples. Definitely rubbed me the wrong way.
