My experience replacing both a furnace and and AC Unit with Ductless was so positive. Despite cold weather and unexpected hurdles in the process, Brian and his team stayed late and ensured the job got done to an A+ standard. I've gone through I.F. Ductless twice. They installed a new furnace and AC unit in my rental and also in my home. Not only are they very affordable they don't try to upsell you. I shopped around a few places and I never felt like the other businesses were honest with me but these guys were! They were very professional installed everything in a timely manner and I can tell they care about the quality of work. I highly recommend!
Avoid at all costs. We had these guys install a new ductless system in our house 4 years ago and it is already shot. We have spent thousands of dollars to get it fixed, but due to shoddy installation, it cannot be fixed and our warranty is voided. They have taken no responsibility for the issue and now we are paying out of pocket to get the whole system replaced.
Whoever drives for them nearly caused a wreck. If their service is anything like their reckless driving, I’d stay away
