IF Ductless stands by the products they install. We haven't had an issues with any of our mini splits but recently the one we use the most had a fluke of an issue around the holidays. IF Ductless being a local company had someone come and troubleshoot it the day it happened even though it was right near Christmas. The parts came in and they got it installed shortly after. I've gone through I.F. Ductless twice. They installed a new furnace and AC unit in my rental and also in my home. Not only are they very affordable they don't try to upsell you. I shopped around a few places and I never felt like the other businesses were honest with me but these guys were! They were very professional installed everything in a timely manner and I can tell they care about the quality of work. I highly recommend!
