This company is unfriendly, unresponsive and downright hostile towards their customers. I have put up with it for over 6 years now, but no longer. There are private haulers that deserve your business. T&C, Hub City to name a few. I really hope the folks at iesi actually read these reviews. Your days of arrogance and indifference to your customers just may be about over.
I agree with the posted bad review. Several times I have had to pick up the trash left behind. I have also had to wash the smelly garbage carelessly dumped into the cans. The day after Christmas when I had numerous extra bags of trash, the truck just skipped my house entirely! Our previous hauler sold our account to IESI, if I had an alternative I would change services.
Have to clean-up mess left by truck every week, liquid trash in the drive where they insist on turning around even after multiple requests to turn around elsewhere. Customer service is busy with nails or something but no help what-so-ever. Would recommend this company to anyone, anytime, under any circumstance................
