I worked with Nick to set up a bid and he agreed to the time and date and then the day of the bid be backed out stating that they were completely booked for spring and summer and couldn’t take on my job. We didn't even discuss timing of project completion and I had already had to make plans with work and for my kids to be able to meet Nick for the bid.
