I am grateful for their service and assistance working with me. I am in the process of buying a house and my inspection report showed some serious electrical issues. With very short notice (two full working days), they reviewed the inspection report, gave me some insight on what it would cost to repair, and have worked me into their schedule to double check their initial ballpark estimate for repairs all before my option period ends.
