Your drivers are horrible on the road. Love having a truck with bright lights tailgate me while I'm stuck in the lane because of traffic, then later get cut off by the same idiot who switched lanes with an empty trailer and no turn signal because he waited until the last second to switch to the right lane for an off-ramp. Getting to the job site 30 seconds earlier isn't worth the damage claim.
I was in communication with them for 6 months on a commercial kitchen project. I had received an estimate of $75,000 and I was getting approvals on my end while keeping them in the loop. When I was ready to schedule them to do that job I was no longer worth their time. I was first pushed back 3+ months then when I asked to schedule again I was told they were no longer interested. They were very friendly and punctual with response. I unfortunately didn't have a big enough project for them to take on.
