I have had the best experience renting our house with Maribel from the management company. She has always been available with any questions or concerns that I have needed. And when a repair was needed it was immediately handled and repaired. This has been a great experience. I highly recommend IE houses. Again I can't say enough about Maribel.
We applied for a house with this property management company. We followed up for a week and we were told the leasing agent received our verifications but had not opened the email. 2 weeks after that, with 0 communication from this office, despite numerous attempts to reach out to this office and promises for call backs, I called to withdraw my application and 8 hours later they let me know that they already rented the property to another person.
