Stopped by their building to inquire about some job openings they had posted on LinkedIn. I spoke with Tyler, who came to the door but didn’t let me in. Instead, we had a brief 2 minute conversation while he held the door partially open. He came across as unprofessional and seemed paranoid the entire time. He didn’t make eye contact once, which made the interaction feel awkward and unwelcoming. I’m not sure what his role is within the company, but that was by far the worst interaction I had.

This man whoever is the one that drives a white suv with glasses, older man, was very rude. We were letting my niece practice parallel parking and he came up and very rudely said, who are you and why are y’all here this is private property. He obviously seen kids with us and still didn’t have any proper manners. Could’ve nicely asked for us to leave. I will make sure I contact the proper people so that they will know about this. For sure.

Worst place to work. Very insecure pathetic management team that doesn't know what they are suppose to be doing. So telling you what to do is a show. If you work for iea be careful safety doesn't exist. Be carefull.
