I have been living at one of their properties for about 2 years..and from the beginning my A/C DIDN'T WORK.... So they sent someone to fix it... He fixed it worked for 1 day and back to not working..So this new person that works for them by the name of robert...seems to actually care ..He got it fixed and still working...and also all my neighbors a/Cs are working something i havent seen since i moved here..also my Sister. I was going to get an apartment here. Apartment C-29 and it was Roach infested after they "infumagated" got the keys killed like 20 roached the same day we got the keys. Found condom wrappers in the bathroom the same day we got the keys.. they had so called "professional" cleaners.. also their "professional" painters.. painted over roach poop /mold and roach feises.. talked to some of the tenants and they said they had a roach problem as well. From day 1 living in my unit was absolute HELL . there isn't a stable manager so the 1st manager didn't do a walk through with me or gave me a parking permit first week living there car got towed . living there almost a year it literally took them the entire year to fix everything ( apt wasn't ready ) & moving out stuff still isn't fixed . roaches inside & out of unit . all around just total slumlords !!
