They dont fix anything. Many Code violations
Trash!!! Would NEVER rent from them. They “ manage” or fail to manage the property next to mine. The windows of the house have been busted out for more than a month while the tenant was there and they failed to repair it. The house is an eyesore. Tenants moved mid - August and it is the beginning of October and the windows are STILL BUSTED OUT, broken glass is in the front yard, SQUATTERS OR HOMELESS PEOPLE COME TO STAY IN THE HOUSE EVERY NIGHT and the property management has done NOTHING to repair or secure the proper. This property management is garbage!! They don’t fix anything!! And they are raising the rent every six months because they were not able to during Covid. Don’t rent!!
They use to be bridge management or sometimes still go by that but it's not. They are SLUM LORDS. DONT DO IT.
