I really am tired of the neglect this company shows I've rented from them 6yrs never late on my rent.. I've waited weeks for my garage to be repaired for 11 days on top of that it's hanging and I have grandchildren it could fall on top of them.. Make matters worse my air condition went out and it also took them 3 days to fix while being 110 to 118 degrees inside my house...

I rented a house from this business without knowing that they were not supposed to rent it out. They didn't have the permit to do so. The house had burned down and was supposedly rebuilt. There were no gas lines so I could not put in a stove. There was no heat. The water heater was not working so I had no hot water. The wall heater was not properly installed and non functioning. I had to call code enforcement to get them to fix just the basics. They are obviously running some kind of scam. They refused to give my money back ... read more

Just sharing a review. My ac has been out since 4/24/18 and it is now 7/19/18. It's currently 98 degrees in my apartment. My 10 year old is getting chronic nosebleeds from being so dehydrated even though we have him constantly drinking water. My apartment is uninhabitable. When I call to check on my 6th work order I get yelled at and hung up on. When I call again they send me to the manager who berates me while I'm on speaker phone. I rented from this company and it was the worst! They don't fix anything! But they will raise your rent! And when we moved out they kept almost all our deposit! And we cleaned everything! They are horrible!!! Someone should shut them down

I WAS RENTING FROM THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY THEY WERE SLOW TO FIX THINGS AND THE RENTAL OFFICE STAFF LIED AND STATED MY GAS LINE WAS FIX AND IT WAS NOT. BECAUSE MONTHS LATER THE GAS COMPANY TURN MY GAS OFF DUE TO A GAS LEAK ON THE PROPERTY. HOWEVER, OFFICE MANGER IS VERY RUDE AND ABRUPT WITH RENTERS AND STAFF.THEY ARE SLUM LORDS THEY DIDNT RETURN MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK THE HIRE NON LICENSE CONTRACTORS TO DO WORK ON PROPERTY. i STRONGLY RECOMMEND NO ONE TO RENT FROM THEM .
