I called I&E service department for some help with a leak coming from my roof. I had Johnny and his crew come out to help resolve the issue. Johnny informed my that the cause of the leak was a Cracked roof vent the one that cracked was plastic. He asked me if I wanted to change it out for a metal one he informed me that it will last longer and the is no upcharge for the upgrade. Anytime I need help, Johnny and Matt are quick to respond, proactive, and always ready to jump in. Their turnaround time is impressive, they always have a GREAT attitude, and their work is high quality. I appreciate that they offer practical, cost-effective solutions that are often better than what I had in mind. They truly go above and beyond and consistently exceed my expectations. Leah with billing is knowledgable, responsive, and organized. They make my life easier. Great team all around!!
What a great team. I have used I&E on may projects. I normally deal with Matt and Jeremy and there team what a great group of guys. I have never had any issues working with them they have always gone above and beyond for me. I will continue to use them and recommend there services to anyone that asks. It is a pleasure working with such great people. Honest clear direction on budget and never trying to up charge me. This is hard to find. Way to obtain such great employees I&E you should be proud of your team.
The buildings in our Association are over 70 years old and were in need of substantial repairs. I&E Construction was contracted for a rehabilitation project that included new windows, roof replacement, siding, painting, insulation and patios. The work was completed on schedule and in budget. The crew was extremely respectful and courteous. Great communication and the work was top quality, we highly recommend I&E.
