100% recommend Dr S. Smitt. The only negative is how long it takes to get into see him because he's just that great! I have seen Dr. Greenwood here also, and she's lovely.
Dr. Dudley has been my doctor for several years now. Has a great bedside manner and good sense of humor. Never talks down to you like some doctors do. I have not had a problem at this clinic.
Our families doctor is moving to BC. They feel it is necessary to charge 52.00 per person to have our records faxed to another clinic. However this is not our families fault as no other doctor will take us on in that clinic. I asked to pick up our medical records as a Canadian we own our own personal medical records. They will still charge us.
The doctor is great, but I had a very disappointing experience with one of the receptionists. Sounds like a lady with Indian accent, maybe? I called to book a phone consultation, as I’m currently out of town, and the clinic’s website clearly states to call the clinic for phone consultation . However, the receptionist I spoke with refused to book it, insisting that phone consultations are not offered.
