When I moved here in 2017 I was very lucky hat Sr Smit was accepting new patients. My family have been seeing Dr Smit for all those years and we are very happy. He is really busy now, so we have to make sure to have our appointments done right away, but we've been seeing Dr Greenwood in between appointments when needed. It works for our family.
Our family doctor, Dr. Osigbe, left this clinic in August 2025 and we were never notified. For months, we continued listing his name on our medical forms with absolutely no idea she was gone. That kind of lapse in patient communication is completely unacceptable. It’s really frustrating that, after waiting so long, we were only given referrals to other clinics with nurse practitioners instead of being assigned a new doctor at the clinic. It feels unprofessional and dismissive, like our concerns aren’t being taken seriously.
