The whole staff is great friendly accommodating people they found problems I've been trying to address for years but others just told me there was nothing wrong they found and are fixing them at a rate so reasonable I had to ask if it was right

Poor service and horrible communication. Our son needed care, they told us they could do it in house and that their specialist would call us. 3 weeks later, I called after not hearing anything. They had no idea what to tell me. Later that day, they called back and said they had to refer me to someone else. Then I take my son to the other place they referred me to, all to find out that they should have referred us to an actual dental surgeon.
