Dr Z. has been caring for our dog, Wally, since we adopted him a few years ago. We adopted Barkley just over a year ago and so she now provides care for both. Her practice is very holistic. It addresses everything from their temperament to their physical needs to making sure their diets get addressed in the best possible way. I can’t say enough about Dr. Z and her holistic approach. Conventional vet medicine could only offer a very expensive trip to Iowa State for my Morkie’s eye emergency. A careful exam and holistic approach brought resolution within a week without having to make that trip. Thank you Idyllic Paws! My puppies love you!!
Love that this is a holistic service as it is rare in the area, however the service is not good. The vet was super rude to both me and my pet and rushed out of there due to having a bad day. I’d rather have you cancel my appointment than waste my time and money and treat my animal like sh*t. Not to mention in the high of a pandemic and flu season the vet does not wear a mask. Response time is slow and this place is unprofessional and unethical. I will be taking my pet elsewhere.
