I had my first visit to Idyll Dental , and from start to finish their team was incredible. The warm welcome at the reception set the tone and the dentist and technician were genuinely caring, patient and relatable. My tooth was on the verge of collapse, and I was hesitant about removing it but the dentist thorough and thoughtful assessment reassured me and she convinced me not to leave without taking care of it. I visited them cause I was having real bad tooth pain. They were very polite and advised me on everything they found to be wrong. They showed great pride on how they treat there patients, with step by step on every move they were doin. I'm very happy with there treatment and plan to revist them in the upcoming months and years ahead.
I've always had a great experience here. I am extremely terrified of going to the dentist, but most of the staff is wonderful understanding my panic and distress. Most people are warm and welcoming, and they thoroughly explain what is necessary in treatment. unprofessional. the first time i went it was great, i got a cleaning and my wisdom teeth had been hurting so we talked about it and they said yes, my teeth should be removed and that same day we booked a wisdom tooth removal. All the staff is caring and amazing workers. They make you feel your welcomed and appreciated. I had a broken tooth and the staff got me in that day. I might of found my new dentist
