We used IDS for a bathroom design and rebuild about a year ago. We were very pleased with Kev's process, management and quality of delivery. We are so happy with the work that IDS has done on our home. Everything from the design, to the work, to the friendliness and professionalism of the team has been exceptional. IDS demolished a 3-piece bathroom in our house and rebuilt it from scratch. The project came in on schedule, and exactly as designed. Kev has a solid design sense and produced something modern and compatible with the rest of the house. Kev is a great planner, manages his trades effectively and also implements his plan as promised. We will certainly use this firm for any future renovation work we want done.

Kev helped us convert our basement into a legal second unit, and we greatly appreciated the work he and his team did. The project had its own set of obstacles, but Kev and his team managed to think of creative ways to overcome them. Kev was really patient with answering my questions regarding the project and he showed great people skills when it comes to communicating with city inspectors and other related parties. We completed the main floor remodel including the kitchen and enlarge the entire front porch deck. Kevork and the team were amazing. Their attention to detail and responsiveness made the project proceed smoothly, and now, approx 10 months after completion, we are very satisfied. The design achieved our goal of adding value and utility to our house, and there have been no issues whatsoever. We highly recommend IDS Design & Build!
