I’ve held off giving this place a review to hope they do right by me but they’ve continued to treat me terribly ..bought a 2013 Passat and told perfect condition and all checked and inspected and no issues…within a day of purchase leaking oil and horrible noises. Called and would not refund, nor help unless I drove the car 2 hours back to them to look at. We were sold a red scion that should never have passed any inspection. After having someone put our car on a lift because of constant issues, we were told the car was barely being held together. From our experience we would NOT recommend getting a car from idrive. Also they personally passed this car for inspection and we had to bring it back initially because they passed a few things for inspection that weren’t correct on top of the issues that we’ve now come across. If you are interested in a used vehicle that will all of the sudden get a check engine or sensor alert a few weeks after buying then this is your dealership. While they say that they have a warranty it is only drive train and their state inspection only covers safety issues. If I could do it again I would avoid this place.
AMAAAAZING PEOPLE!! Everywhere i went to look for a car i was met with rude people but at idrive? Nothing but positive energy throughout my whole time there. Both Alex and Kevin made me and my dad feel very welcomed and we hope to come back! 🫶🏽
