Worst thing he could have done was merge with oak orchard health. His receptionists are the rudest people I have come across.
Dr idrees had been a great doctor but I think this switch to oak orchard health was a horrible choice. My mom sat on hold for 40 mins and I need two papers signed which wouldn’t have been an issue at his old location with his lovely front desk but now it’s 3-5 business days and with the fax change they haven’t been receiving my paperwork. They also shut their phones off 15 minutes early. I tried calling at 4:40 and sat on hold til 4:45 when it gave me the closed message. They close at 5

This practice is terrific!!!! Dr. Idrees always takes my opinions into consideration. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment. 10/10
