I had a back injury 2 months ago , 3 bulging discs, and a decent amount of lumbar degenerative changes per MRI . I am in my 40's and very physically active : weights , hiit , or endurance regularly . I have been getting therapeutic massage from Idrea Ramaci for about 5 years. I have an old injury and some chronic conditions that focussed excellent massage controls. With regular massage treatments by Idrea, I am able to work on my farm and do all of my regular activities. By utilizing regular massage, I am able to avoid using pain medication and remain pain free.
