Bought a house that these guys 'serviced' before purchase. They somehow missed that the heat exchanger is cracked and the heat doesn't work. That was their 'Precision tune Up'. Avoid this company.

Danny came to check my heat, said the WHOLE system needed to be replaced...same day, he said he needed to come back to check on something.I had to stop what I was doing to rush back bc i needed my heat fixed in the winter. Then he sends the wrong serial number of what needed to be replced, which was not the whole system....fixing heat was delayed...then i never got a statement of what was fixed...called 800, left message..Danny called me back and told me if i was not paying for repair, i could not get a copy...and he hung on... read more
I really felt he is very inexperienced and uncertain with his diagnostic ability. I was told my problem was related to an excessive amount of coolant in the system and he removed some coolant. A few days later, my entire system FROZE leaving me without heat. It took two or three days for him to return and had to replace the coolant he removed one his fist trip. I will not permit my home warranty company to assign him any future calls to my house.
