I don’t leave many reviews and I’m also not here to create a smear campaign, so take this as you need to. Pros -The food scene in Temescal is sublime. The variety and the quality of the offerings could almost make the rent price worth it. Almost. -Access to public transportation and the highway is pretty great. When I needed to drive, 580 was right there. I have never had a worse experience living in an apartment complex than when I lived here. The apartments themselves look nice, but are cheaply constructed and way overpriced for what you get. The walls, floors, and ceilings are paper thin; the tiniest footstep from your upstairs neighbor reverberates thunderously throughout the apartment. I've overheard far more than I ever cared to hear from all of my neighbors. The elevator works only 30% of the time.
