Quick and friendly, they diagnosed my laptops problem and helped me out a bunch
I brought my computer to Richard at iDope almost two weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The repair turned out to be a tough one, but Richard worked incredibly hard and never gave up until it was fixed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. What stood out most was his honesty. Richard runs a trustworthy business, and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. That's hard to find, and I really appreciate it.
The staff members were friendly and had great communication. They also did not take long to diagnose and fix the issue with my hp laptop
They were very professional and figured out my problems within 30 minutes and sent me on my way. When I tried going to best buy they had me wait for 3 months for the same issue. Very good service.
