I called today to see if they could work on my husband's truck because its leaking fuel, the lady on the phone said they could get it in tomorrow but when I told her it's a diesel she had to check with the mechanics so when she came back to the phone she told me the mechanics didn't want to work on it. she explained that he did one before and it didn't go well, so they refused to work on it.

Another mechanic who "specializes" in German imports had my son's BMW for more then two months and finally claimed they did not have the proper tools to fix what they said needed fixing. Called Idol's Tire who has a mechanic certified to work on BMW's; they told us what the problem was within 30 minutes of hooking it up to diagnostics, fixed the problem promptly! Now the sweet little bimmer is back on the road running like a charm! Thanks for your excellent service!
