Today was my first time stopping into Idol. They were able to fit me in for a pedicure which was great! Very nice ladies and the service was at a good price!
Don't go to this place. It's the worst nail salon in Fort Myers, Florida. The Vietnamese women who work there are rude people. They don't respect the scheduled appointment time. They won't let you speak and tell you they don't understand. Close the place if you're going to serve customers like that.
Idol Nails and Spa did a excellent job and I was very impressed with all that they did, they were very sweet and very skilled at doing my feet and massages. They also did a excellent job with my nails. I would recommend everyone try this salon. You won't regret it!
If I could rate lower I would. I haven’t had a terrible experience with a nail tech until today. Nicky was in a terrible rush! She could have been honest with me and told me she is starting in her appointment sitting next to me. I would have gone somewhere else. So she’s working on us both and not paying attention on what I wanted, I was nicely explaining to her that the shape of my nails aren’t matching at all but she kept telling me to wait she’s not done. They didn't match color from my toes or fingers. My fingnd my Nails feel like waffles. Not smooth at all.. my boyfriend got me a GC for there for Valentine's but do not recommend
