I used to love coming here Rosie and Hilary are awesome but you would think that after years of coming here the lady second from last chair would get my name right! She's been calling me Rachel for years and I grew tired of having to correct her. I just find it to be outright rude and disrespectful at that. I travel all the way from Portland here now but At this point I believe its intentional and I won't be going back. She needs to get names right or just keep her mouth shut!
