I came in for a soak off on the acrylic set I had, and then a new set with gel. The lady went from finishing a pedicure over to my table to do my set. Didn’t clean a single one of her tools after being on someone’s feet with them. Used disgusting nail files and buffers. But figured they couldn’t screw up a soak off. She did. Love this nail shop and the quality of work is amazing. Liz has great customer service at the front desk and Lily is amazing with the nail art and nail care. I would’ve given a 5 however I made an appointment with Ivy for my feet only to be told she can’t do it because they assigned her to a walk in customer. They knew she had an appointment but totally disregarded it which is not good service. If I wanted someone else to work on me I would not have made the damn appointment.
