I have used IDoctor and he fixed the screen on my iPhone no problem. So when my husband needed his battery replaced on his iPhone, I told him to go here. Unfortunately, the battery was replaced, no problem. But in replacing his battery, his screen was damaged. Instead of replacing the screen they damaged, they offered him a small discount to replace it. I think if he damaged it, he should have replaced it, no charge. But telling him it would cost him $100+ to replace the screen with the small discount was unacceptable.
Great service and was able to pinpoint the issue pretty quickly. I was lucky and just had a dusty charging port but appreciated how professional they were and how easygoing the inside felt. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
