Kyocera work phone bricked Friday after work. Tried charging it overnight but DOA. Walked in Saturday afternoon and turns out it's connectivity issue. Shane could have sold me a bill of goods but didn't , I'm grateful for his honesty and candor!

I was a walk-in for replacement of a new battery for my Apple IPhone 13 and after informative consultation, I had a new battery within the 2 hours that I was told it would be ready. It would have been a difficult inconvenience to travel to an Apple Store outside of town. The battery iDoctor installed is working perfectly and I haven’t had any issues or problems whatsoever.
