I would have to say that was probably the easiest and quickest Tablet repair of my life. Walked in there and thought my tablet screen was Broken. He had one available in stock and was willing to get it replaced right then in there. Upon further inspection, we were able to tell that my screen protector did its job and it was the screen protector that was damaged. Great guy running the business. I went in thinking I needed my speaker replaced on my iPhone. He ended up just cleaning it out and it started working perfectly. He didn’t even charge me for the repair since it only took him a few minutes. Just asked me to use him if I ever need a real repair in the future. I will definitely be back. Kyocera work phone bricked Friday after work. Tried charging it overnight but DOA. Walked in Saturday afternoon and turns out it's connectivity issue. Shane could have sold me a bill of goods but didn't , I'm grateful for his honesty and candor!
