For the first time in my LIFE, I dropped my cell phone and the screen cracked (even though I had an Otter safety cover on it). I started looking on Yelp for cell phone repair shops and was horrified to see what people were paying to get their screens replaced. I requested that Yelp send my repair request to a few vendors and waited for their responses, one of which was from Vahe (owner) at iDoctorAZ. Phenomenal service! Quick, knowledgeable and reasonable pricing! Greatly appreciate a job well done!! Fixed the broken back screen of an iPhone X.
6th gen iPad with a bad charging port. Other guys were charging $180, mailing the iPad off, and warning me that screen removal will break the screen 50% of the time and I would need to buy a replacement screen at cost if this occurred. iDoctorAZ charged $100, had all parts in hand, and did it in an hour. 90 day warranty. Good luck finding a better deal than that!
I highly recommend iDoctor AZ! My stepdaughter needed to have her iPhone 11 screen replaced the day before she left for Seattle. We called iDoctor AZ and were delighted to discover that walk-ins are welcome and the replacement screen was in stock and available. We arrived, and Vahe did a great job, completing the repair within a 1/2 hour. The price was very reasonable, and we were able to ice cream while we waited. Great experience!
Definitely recommend iDoctor AZ!! I took my water damaged iPhone to other places they couldn’t do anything to help recover my personal data. When I took my phone here Vahe said he would try his best and had my phone on and working in 2 days!!! So thankful for this place
