There is no better sushi in NYC – My girlfriend moved into this neighborhood 1 year ago and we tried this place shortly thereafter. Since then I pretty much will not eat sushi anywhere else. The quality of the food, the incredible (and super friendly) service, and the reasonable prices make this a must-go. There is jazz and karaoke a couple of nights a week if that is your thing. The seared tuna roll is a must have FYI. Bottom line: one of the best kept secrets in Manhattan.
super-chill jazz & tasty sushi – awesome service & free jazz, i was wandering through the west village and noticed some dude playing music through the window, i went in and had a lovely time...i mean the ambience of smooth jazz was enough but after a couple garafes of saki & fresh tuna rolls i was floating, def check out this spot when you have a chance...especially if some hip cat is purring some tunes.
