I live and work in Tucker, and more importantly own a home off of Idlewood Road. I was excited about this new development for many reasons...however, as I walked through this neighborhood I was shocked at how many houses were poorly built. For the price tag (about 700k or more) over 80% of the homes have flashing exposed. Originally these were supposed to be all brick homes, but they are not.
