Great service! Our computer had water damage and the screen would not show image while still running in the background. The quote given was affordable compared to Apples quote. Very satisfied with the results and worth the money spent to fix it. Professional and very knowledgeable. Appreciate the patience and time spent explaining things to us. Highly recommend Idgital services, will be using their services for all our devices and referral our family and friends.
Sebastian is honestly a very skilled professional. He did an above optimal job in fixing my Apple Watch. Overall customer service is a 10/10. Certainly worth every dollar. Also the quick service time is practically a bonus. I’d 100% recommend him to anyone who is in need of service.
I brought my laptop in with bad water damage and when it was clear the repair would be expensive, Sebastian walked me through the purchase of another, better laptop for a great price (less than I paid for the original). He was very punctual and easy to reach, I was very impressed and grateful for his service. Genuinely helpful guy, really good at his job.
