We manufacture aftermarket steering columns as well as supply steering columns to several low volume special vehicle manufacturers. Horrible Customer Service from supposedly the best aftermarket column company. Bought a column we used for mock up in 2021 and just getting the car back together now after restoration and are having column issues. There are no detents in the ignition to tell what position you are in. We are running EFI and there is no power for ignition between the start and run positions, so after it starts, the computer shuts off. IDIDIT may have been a great company at one point in time. But their customer service is horrible. I was told 8 to 12 weeks on a custom column build. Which meant 12 weeks was the beginning of August 2024. It is now the 2nd week of October and I still don't have my steering column. I called in early August to get an ETA. They told me the parts were at the powder coater. I waited three weeks. Called them again. They told me the column was at the powder coater. I told them that's what they said three weeks ago.
