I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience trying to get in touch with this office. On multiple separate occasions, I’ve been placed on hold for nearly an hour, only for no one to ever pick up. It’s incredibly disappointing and unprofessional, especially when you’re trying to get important questions answered or need assistance.
