Terrible staff. Crappy wait times. They barely help you and resolve your concerns.
This facility is by far the worse. The wait time is the longest from any other facility .some of the staff are rude and IDHS countinue to hire these people to work with the public. The reviews are self explanatory. Im currently waiting on a Supervisor/manager by the name of Mr. Vargas. I have been waiting to speak with him for going on 20 minutes. I dont have my card and dont have any food in my fridge, IDHS stated I can not transfer my case . Im literally at the desk and was just informed less than a minute ago, he went to ... read more
This woman at window b was so racist to my mother. My mother is a middle eastern woman and does not speak the best English, and accidentally addressed the supervisor as a her, she said it’s a him and rolled her eyes so rudely. We asked her to get an Arabic speaker and she refused after telling us there was an Arabic speaker at the office. On top of it, we never got to speak to the supervisor after requesting. This office is a joke.
