I Was In There On The 15th Of This Month. I Had Gone Up 2 Meet A Lady Named Mary. Mary Was So Kind & Helpful, Her Smile Brightens Her Work Station. This is regarding most recent experience. Although, I somewhat agree with many comments about rude and worthless employees based on my previous experience, I must commit that my most recent experience was different. Ms. Osman helped me with my case and she exactly knew what needed to be done. She completed whatever needed to be resolve the issue and asked me to expect a call from her supervisor same day or next. IDHS fast and friendly service. Literally in then out finished in less than 20 minutes at the end of a Monday. Friendly staff and very simple system. The building does host other businesses so make sure you hit elevator floor 4. Its right there and friendly security guard helps direct which line you stand. Done and done. Thank you Illinois for a great service to many families.
