If i knew a week ago what I know now I would absolutely REFUSE to allow my vet to send my cats labs here! One week ago my barely 1 year old cat started exhibiting symptoms of difficulty breathing. The vet found fluid in his chest cavity, drained it and sent the fluids to these absolutely trash incompetent people for analysis. EVERYTHING except the cytology report was back in 3-4 days. This lab is run by incompetent management, to the detriment of the employees and clients.
My vet office sent biopsy off said 3 to 5 days for results. It's now day 9 of working days and still have to wait 3 more days. That is just unacceptable to have to wait 2 weeks for a report. Get your act together these are our babies
