This lab is run by incompetent management, to the detriment of the employees and clients.
My vet office sent biopsy off said 3 to 5 days for results. It's now day 9 of working days and still have to wait 3 more days. That is just unacceptable to have to wait 2 weeks for a report. Get your act together these are our babies
Has been four days and counting on our puppy's Lepro test. He's not doing well. If you're going to be a lab, supplying life or death results, you need to be quicker than four-plus days. Additionally, my vet gave me IDEXX's phone number so that I may attempt to find the results quicker; they flat-out refuse to talk to anyone than the office that submitted the test. Yes, untimely results for life or death testing and no customer service.
