My vet office sent biopsy off said 3 to 5 days for results. It's now day 9 of working days and still have to wait 3 more days. That is just unacceptable to have to wait 2 weeks for a report. Get your act together these are our babies

Has been four days and counting on our puppy's Lepro test. He's not doing well. If you're going to be a lab, supplying life or death results, you need to be quicker than four-plus days. Additionally, my vet gave me IDEXX's phone number so that I may attempt to find the results quicker; they flat-out refuse to talk to anyone than the office that submitted the test. Yes, untimely results for life or death testing and no customer service.

This place is very unprofessional, samples get lost, no communication at all, and management is trash. This place goes off emotion before work. Please don’t take your animals here you can do better.
