If I could leave less than a 1 star review I would. They missed our first lab sample pick up then the pathologist dropped and broke our 2nd sample. This is taking weeks which could be a matter of life or death for my pet plus the stress on my animal.
The way the courier drivers are treated is dispicable. The transportation manager here has never done a route herself, and I take exception to this because I would never send someone to do something I couldn't do on my own. Especially in the snow. This company doesn't care about sending drivers out during a winter storm warning when there's 10 inches of snowfall. They don't pay snow rates, and the regular rates they pay aren't all that good and they don't pay for call stops. If you crash your car, they'll just replace you wi... read more
This is the largest veterinary lab in the world with good reason. They hire top scientific minds to help diagnose your pet, and veterinary office get results quickly. Don't use a veterinarian office that doesn't use IDEXX labs.
