Great location and conveniently located under a vet clinic. They are not client facing, but they are always so prompt in processing samples for many local clinics, including mine in Arnold. I feel confident having my cat's and dog's preventative care blood work go through them.

My family and I are were in complete disbelief when we found out Idexx Labs had more than one chance to detect what was wrong with my puppy and misdiagnosed him. I lost my puppy at 11 months old because Idexx Labs could not do their jobs. All the money we spent on tests being sent to this company and all the pain and suffering my puppy had to go through because no one could figure out what was wrong with him. I am a registered vet tech, recently my dog was diagnosed with hepatic encephalopathy and underwent a liver biopsy which he did not recover well at all. We sent out for 3 different tests with the biopsy which we confirmed 4 TIMES with the lab about how to send it. They ended up losing my pet's sample and after they found it 15 days later ( god knows where) they tried to say it wasn't properly preserved.
