Not a very friendly person at the check in counter.
Not sure why else everyone is upset. I scheduled an appointment on a Monday morning at 8:40am, just the Friday before. Walked in seeing 8 other people waiting. Told them I had an appointment, talked with a gentleman confirmed all my personal details, finger prints, was in and out in 10 mins. Smooth and fast. Highly recommend. Just have your credit card and passport ready and schedule an appointment and you’re good.
40 minutes AFTER my appointment time, they finally called me. It does not seem like appointment times are relevant-anyone can get in at any time.
This place should not take reservations if they do not honor them. There is no point “checking” in if you have to sit in a waiting room behind 15 people who are also walk-ins…. And there is no way that there were 15 reservations made in the first half hour of opening….
Staff are knowledgeable and efficient. They are somewhat impersonal however. I suppose that goes with performing official government work.
