Brandon was so helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions and consistently kept me updated on the status of my test results. I definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to have a dna test/drug test done.

We had a DNA test done on 2/1/2025 and were told the samples would be sent overnight to the lab and we should have results by Wednesday. Wednesday came and no results, so we called several times and were finally told it would probably be Thursday, but definitely by Friday. Friday we called multiple times and left a message and no one called back. I emailed and no one replied. It’s now been 10 days and still no results, and no one will call us back!
Brandon was very knowledgeable, patient, polite and thorough with our DNA tests. He had great follow up and communication with all parties and made the entire process smooth. Would definitely recommend!!!
