Choice DNA has been the most amazing company..I have never met anyone besides myself that goes above and beyond to help, like Allison has done..I been using this company throughout the years getting my fingerprints done through DCS as a foster parent..but when I called about paternity, I had so many questions about how it could be done if the mother and child are out the state. This is the worst company. I paid for the DNA test but didn't know I needed to have a judge to order the release of DNA from deceased father. I was told by choice DNA I should have told them. Isn't that their job to ask those questions?? Me and my son took our test on the 21st of July and I turned in a judge signed order on the 7th of August. A week later I've heard nothing from them so I call and they say oh another test has to be sent to the medical examiner since there was no judges order with the first one. So if I didn'... read more
Super easy to book! Lots of availability and flexible booking times. Great communication.
Really bad had a paternity appointment for today set at specific time and location, I call ahead the day before to confirm and they say yes same time and place. My appointment comes in email for different location and two hours ahead of scheduled time. And had to cancel appointment iv been working to get for the last month.
