This is the worst company. I paid for the DNA test but didn't know I needed to have a judge to order the release of DNA from deceased father. I was told by choice DNA I should have told them. Isn't that their job to ask those questions?? Me and my son took our test on the 21st of July and I turned in a judge signed order on the 7th of August. Super easy to book! Lots of availability and flexible booking times. Great communication.
Really bad had a paternity appointment for today set at specific time and location, I call ahead the day before to confirm and they say yes same time and place. My appointment comes in email for different location and two hours ahead of scheduled time. And had to cancel appointment iv been working to get for the last month.
My paternity testing was done in a timely matter. I recommend anybody needing DNA testing to come here.
