If I could give 100 stars I would. The owner has such a kind energy and extremely talented and accommodating. I’ve purchased 2 wigs from her and they were worth the investment. The quality of the hair is superb and obviously 100% raw. I have a small head and she even adjusted the wig wigs to fit me PERFECTLY and I’ve never felt more beautiful!!

Unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing custom hair coloring experience with Identity Crush Hair. I ordered five custom-colored bundles and provided Alexis with inspiration photos via email. We discussed the desired color extensively before I placed my order, and I was quoted $1,035 total, approximately $400 of which was for the custom coloring service. I enjoyed my appointment with Lexi! She’s super thorough! This was my first time sitting in her chair and you could tell that she works hard to master her craft. I was able to talk through my needs and she over delivered. I will definitely be back !

1000/10!! From the consultation to installation everything was great!! I got African straight which is perfect match to my hair. Alexis was very patient with me and my last minute request for highlights. The braid down practically invisible . The layers are perfect 🤩 If you are looking for some great quality hair or installation I recommend!!
