First time and amazing results & service
Don’t ever go to this place. The customer service is terrible, and they are not honest with their clients. They overcharge customers at the last minute and then provide misleading information to justify it. I’ve been coming here to get my hair washed for almost a year, but recently they started using shady business practices that completely changed my experience. I can no longer recommend this salon and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Highly recommend Idelka Dominican Hair Salon in Casselberry and open 7 dats a week. They offer everything from amazing Dominican blowouts to keratin treatments, hair Botox, and work with all types of extensions. The quality of their work and products truly stands out, and they are very efficient without the long salon wait times. Their pricing is also extremely fair and very competitive for the level of service and results they provide. Professional service, beautiful results, and healthy hair every time!!!
The owner and staff are so kind. My daughter’s hair was dry and needed treatment. The blowout made her hair look like a movie star. They helped repair and condition her hair. It’s so silky soft. They took their time and cared. My daughter and I will definitely come back. My son was able to get a haircut while we were here as well. This salon is amazing!!! They are so talented. We are so grateful for the beautiful staff here❤️
I visited a Dominican salon for a hair appointment and wanted to share my experience. I understand I was a walk-in, which contributed to my four-hour stay. I called at 11:30 AM and was told to come after 2:00 PM. When I called at 2:00, they asked if I could come 40 minutes later. I arrived at 2:30 and didn't leave until 7:30 PM.
